Job purpose:

We are a start-up Company in the e-commerce business, focusing on supplements & cosmetics aspects. The incumbent will report directly to the CEO, with a dotted line to the Country Manager. The role involves managing the operations of the Admin & HR department in Thailand to ensure alignment with the Company's laws and strategies.

Major accountabilities:

1. HR Management:

  • Act as HR consultant to advise the BOD members
  • Consult and design the organizational structure for the BOD to ensure the most effective management
  • Create local human resources strategies following the local business strategies of the Company
  • Manage the company's turnover rate to a reasonable percentage

2. Talent Acquisition:

  • Manage TA activities following the united strategy and standards.
  • Manage local TA PICs to ensure an end-to-end recruitment process from understanding the business's demands until fulfilling the right candidates.
  • Manage and control TA activities in both quality and quantity.
  • Control recruitment budget according to the Company's policy.

3.L&D & Performance appraisal management:

  • Manage L&D activities following the united strategy and standards.
  • Conduct Learning Analysis and propose training programs for the organization.
  • Set up and monitor training courses and measure the effectiveness of training.
  • Fully responsible for goal setting/performancemanagement process

4. People Care:

  • Manage PC activities following the united strategy and standards.
  • Manage employee cost in an effective payment structure vs market trends, company business growth.
  • Supervise and evaluate Compensation & Benefits tasks
  • Monitor the compilation & updating of employee profiles in a timely and accurate manner

5. HR SOP and Policies:

  • Responsible for building up local HR SOPs and policies
  • Standardize current SOPs to comply with local law/regulations
  • Employee relation & Employee engagement:
  • Fully responsible for local ER & EE activities.
  • Build up and maintain HR policies & procedures to be relevant to the business and in compliance with laws, regulations, and procedures of HR
  • Deal with complex discipline/grievance and HR issues, applying HR and company knowledge, and evidencing appropriate decision-making skills
  • Administration management: Manage full Admin activities in Thailand

Requirement:

Specialized knowledge:

  • Strong skills in communication, presentation, and organization
  • Advanced skills in data analysis and data-driven decision making.
  • Excellent experiences in leading and inspiring employees
  • Have an entrepreneur mindset and strong problem-solving skills
  • Be able to perform under pressure and adapt to changes
  • Be able to work both individually and in a team
  • Fluent in English

Education and experience:

  • Bachelor's in HR Management, Business Administration, or relevant fields.
  • Minimum 10 years of practical experience in HR and at least 3 years in general HR management positions.
  • Proven experience and familiar with the HRBP working model.
  • Good knowledge of Thailand's Labor Laws.
