We're looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead our people operations and office administration. This role partners closely with leadership and department heads to shape a positive workplace, drive HR excellence, and ensure smooth daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead endtoend HR operations: recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation, employee relations, and exit processes.
- Act as a strategic HR business partner, advising managers on HR matters and workforce planning.
- Drive annual HR cycles including performance appraisal, promotions, salary reviews, and bonus administration.
- Manage and coach the HR & Admin team to ensure accuracy, compliance, and consistent HR practices.
- Review and validate payroll prior to final approval.
- Maintain and improve HR policies, SOPs, and the employee handbook.
- Oversee employee relations including grievances, investigations, and disciplinary processes.
- Supervise office administration such as contracts, equipment, supplies, and vendor coordination.
- Lead HR and administrative improvement initiatives, including digitalisation, system upgrades, audits, and process enhancements.
- Participate in management discussions and crossfunctional planning activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
- 68+ years of progressive HR experience, including supervisory or managerial responsibilities.
- Strong HR generalist background with solid knowledge of Thailand labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Handson experience with payroll and HR operations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholdermanagement abilities.
- Capable of providing sound HR advice, managing employee relations, and supporting leadership decisions.
- Highly organised, dependable, and discreet when handling confidential matters.
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written) mandatory.
