Job Description

Position Title: HR Manager

Location: 44F,Room 4406, 1 S Sathon Rd, Yan Nawa, Sathon, Bangkok

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive human resource system and HR plans to support the company's strategic goals. This position requires a candidate who can work independently and effectively manage HR-related matters in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Human Resource System Development:

  • Independently design and enhance the company's HR management system, including recruitment, training, performance management, and compensation and benefits.
  • Develop and optimize HR policies and processes to ensure alignment with the company's strategic objectives.

2.Human Resource Planning:

  • Analyze the company's human resource needs and formulate annual HR plans to ensure appropriate staffing across departments.
  • Participate in talent reserve and development plans to enhance employees career paths.

3.Recruitment and Selection:

  • Responsible for formulating recruitment strategies and processes to effectively attract and select suitable talent.
  • Participate in interviews and decision-making for key positions to enhance overall team quality.

4.Training and Development:

  • Design and implement employee training and development programs to improve skills and professional qualities.
  • Assess training effectiveness and continuously improve training initiatives.

5.Performance Management:

  • Establish and maintain a performance management system to ensure fairness and effectiveness in employee evaluations.
  • Guide departments in performance assessments, providing feedback and improvement suggestions.

6.Employee Relations Management:

  • Maintain positive employee relations, address employee complaints and disputes, and foster a positive work environment.
  • Organize employee activities to enhance team cohesion.

7. Compliance and Reporting:

  • Ensure HR management activities comply with relevant laws and regulations as well as company policies.
  • Regularly report HR-related data and analysis results to management.

Qualifications:

1.Educational Background:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.

2.Work Experience:

  • 5+ years of HR management experience.
  • Proven success in independently developing and implementing HR systems and plans.

3.Professional Skills:

  • Familiarity with the theories and practices of various HR management modules.
  • Strong data analysis and logical thinking abilities.

4.Personal Qualities:

  • Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to build good relationships with employees at all levels.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, able to work under pressure.

5.Other Requirements:

  • Knowledge of labor laws and related regulations.
  • Proficiency in English communication.
