They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.
Responsibilities
Staffing Process Management:
- Recruitment: Oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new employees.
- Job Descriptions: Ensure job descriptions are up-to-date and compliant with local, state, and federal regulations.
Employee Development and Compensation:
- Training and Performance Management: Develop training materials and performance management programs to clarify job responsibilities for employees.
- Compensation Strategy: Create and maintain a compensation strategy based on market research and pay surveys.
Employee Relations and Compliance:
- Compliance: Ensure the organization complies with local, state, and federal regulations.
Strategic Alignment and Organization Support:
- Strategic Goals: Partner with management to align HR goals with business initiatives.
- HR Policies: Ensure consistent application of company HR policies.
- Organization Charts: Maintain organization charts and employee directories.
Systems and Processes:
- HR Systems: Maintain and manage HR systems and processes.
- Performance Reviews: Conduct performance and salary reviews.
Compensation and Benefits Trends:
- Trend Analysis: Analyze compensation and benefits trends.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
- 5+ years experience in Human Resources
- Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
- Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees
- Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
- Attention to detail and good judgement
