Job Description
The Human Resources (HR) Manager role leads HR operations in Thailand while supporting selected Asia-Pacific (APAC) countries, excluding China. Acting as a strategic business partner, change agent, and employee champion, the position drives talent initiatives, employee engagement, compliance, and organisational effectiveness across the business. This leadership opportunity also offers the scope to influence organisational culture and develop HR capabilities within a global organisation.

A global company in the machinery manufacturing industry develops and supplies equipment for commercial customers across international markets. The organisation serves customers through an established global presence and a broad portfolio of equipment and related solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment and workforce planning activities
- Manage and develop the APAC HR team, excluding China
- Drive performance management, learning and development, and succession planning
- Handle employee relations, investigations, and HR policy implementation
- Ensure compliance with Thai labour laws and HR regulations
- Support employee engagement and company culture initiatives
- Oversee compensation reviews, payroll controls, and HR-related reporting
- Manage onboarding, transfers, promotions, and employee exit processes
- Prepare monthly headcount and workforce forecasting reports
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of HR management experience
- Previous experience leading and developing HR team members
- Strong knowledge of Thai labour law and HR best practices
- Experience with payroll review and outsourced payroll or Employer of Record (EOR) environments will be an advantage
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and develop team members
