The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization&aposs human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.
Responsibilities
- Plan and manage all aspects of Human Resources operations, including recruitment, performance management, training and development, and employee relations.
- Collaborate with HR consultants to design, implement, and enhance HR structures and systems that support both short-term and long-term organizational growth.
- Develop and promote professional HR practices by integrating IT solutions and automation into HR processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Partner with department leaders to conduct workforce planning and ensure effective talent acquisition strategies.
- Design and implement people development initiatives such as training programs, upskilling, and leadership development projects.
- Oversee performance appraisal processes and manage compensation and benefits in alignment with company policies.
- Manage employee relations by handling grievances, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, and fostering a positive organizational culture.
- Prepare HR analytics reports and KPIs to support strategic decision-making by management.
Qualifications
- At least 10 years of HR experience, with minimum 5 years in HR All Functions.
- Proven experience in implementing and improving KPIs and performance evaluation systems.
- Experience in SME organizations and understanding of small company structures will be an advantage.
