About the role

Human Resource & Admin Manager report to the Director, to lead and manage the company's human resource and administrative functions, including recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, HR compliance, office administration, and facilities management. To ensure HR and administrative operations run efficiently, support company policy and labor-law compliance, and foster a productive, well-organized work environment.

Key responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruitment, selection, onboarding, and offboarding for all departments.
Develop and enforce HR policies, the employee handbook, and ensure compliance with Thai Labor Law and related regulations.
Oversee payroll coordination, compensation, benefits administration, and the annual performance appraisal cycle.
Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, and grievance resolution in a fair and consistent manner.
Plan and coordinate training and development programs to build employee capability and support succession planning.
Maintain employee records, HR databases, and reporting on headcount, turnover, and other HR metrics.
Oversee day-to-day office administration, facilities, building maintenance, and vendor/supplier relationships.
Manage procurement of office supplies and equipment, and manage the administrative budget.
Ensure company licenses, permits, and statutory/government-related documentation are kept current.
Coordinate corporate events, business travel arrangements, and internal company communications.

About you

Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or any related field from a recognised university
At least 5 years of HR experience in a manufacturing or light industry environment
Strong working knowledge of Thai Labor Law and HR best practices
Possess high attention to details and strict commitment to confidentiality
Proficiency in English will be an advantage
