Job Description

Position Overview:

The HR Manager will play a crucial role in developing and implementing HR strategies and programs that align with our business goals. You will be responsible for hiring, performance management, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, excellent communication skills, and a passion for fostering a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities: (HRD 70%,HRM 30%)

  • Develop and implement a Performance Management system using KPIs based on BSC framwork and Competency mangement.
  • Develop and implement development program and training road map.
  • Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Maintain and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage employee relations and address any workplace issues.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Administer employee benefits and compensation programs.
  • Monitor and improve employee performance management systems.
  • Foster a culture of engagement and retention.
  • Conduct HR data analysis and prepare reports to provide insights for decision-making and workforce planning.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR management.
  • Strong knowledge of KPI and competency management.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Proficient in analytic skills
  • Proficient in Thai and English communication.
