Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for all levels, ensuring quality hiring within timelines.
  • Collaborate with department heads on manpower planning and headcount budgeting.
  • Develop employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.

Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Serve as a key point of contact for employee relations issues, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
  • Design and implement employee engagement programs to improve morale, retention, and workplace culture.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover trends to provide actionable recommendations.

Performance Management

  • Oversee the performance appraisal process across the organization, ensuring consistency and fairness.
  • Support managers in setting KPIs, conducting reviews, and managing underperformance.
  • Develop and maintain performance improvement plan (PIP) frameworks.

Learning & Development

  • Identify training needs through TNI (Training Needs Identification) and design learning roadmaps.
  • Coordinate and deliver in-house training programs and manage external training vendors.
  • Track and report on training effectiveness and return on investment.

Compensation, Benefits & HR Administration

  • Oversee monthly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Administer employee benefits programs (health insurance, provident fund, welfare benefits).
  • Maintain and update HR policies, employee handbook, and SOPs in line with Thai Labor Law and PDPA.

Team Leadership

  • Supervise and develop a team of HR Supervisors and HR Officers.
  • Set team goals and KPIs aligned with the HR department strategy.
  • Foster a collaborative and continuous-improvement HR team culture.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in an HR management role.
  • Solid knowledge of Thai Labor Law, Social Security Act, and PDPA regulations.
  • Experience across multiple HR functions (recruitment, employee relations, L&D, compensation).
  • Proven people management and team leadership skills.
  • Experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., empeo, SAP HR, Workday, or similar).
