Job Description
- Responsible for Recruitment and Employee Relations.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including creating job description, sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, and negotiating and closing offers.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop targeted recruitment plans.
- Adopts effective and innovative methods of recruitment in order to deliver headcount targets.
- Create, implement and manage onboarding plans.
- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives activities.
- Maintaining employee records and paperwork.
- Other tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
- Knowledge of HR functions and understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures.
- Experiences in Employee Relations and company activities.
- 1-3 years of experience in IT recruitment is a must.
- Strong sourcing and networking skills, with the ability to attract passive candidates.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.
- Computer literacy and proficient in MS Office, Internet or email.
- Good command in English.
