Key Tasks (Corporate Management):

1. Full-loop Employee Lifecycle Management

  • Design, implement, and continuously improve an integrated HR process covering the complete employee lifecycle
  • Ensure HR processes are practical, standardized, measurable, and aligned with organizational requirements.
  • Identify gaps and inefficiencies across HR processes and implement appropriate improvements.
  • Develop and maintain HR SOPs, workflows, templates, checklists, and governance mechanisms to ensure consistent implementation.
  • Coordinate across management, team leaders, and employees to ensure HR processes are effectively implemented throughout the organization.

2. Workforce Planning & Recruitment

  • Translate organizational, business, and project requirements into clear manpower plans, job requirements, and candidate qualifications.
  • Proactively source and recruit candidates based on specific business and project needs, including upcoming project pitches and resource requirements.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including: job description development, job posting, candidate sourcing and screening, interview scheduling and coordination, case assignment preparation and administration, offer preparation and negotiation, employment agreement issuance, pre-onboarding and onboarding
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and anticipated organizational needs.
  • Coordinate with management and project leaders to ensure the right people with the right qualifications are available at the right time.

3. HR Documentation, Policy & Compliance

  • Develop, prepare, maintain, and manage all HR-related documentation throughout the employee lifecycle.
  • Prepare and administer employment agreements, amendments, probation documents, performance-related documents, warning letters, resignation documents, termination documents, and other HR correspondence.
  • Develop and maintain company regulations, employee policies, HR guidelines, and Employee Handbook.
  • Ensure HR practices, employment documentation, and company regulations comply with applicable labor laws and organizational requirements.
  • Coordinate HR-related legal and compliance matters with management and external advisors when required.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and documentation.

4. Performance Management & People Issue Resolution

  • Establish and manage performance management processes from probation through ongoing employee evaluation.
  • Conduct and coordinate probation evaluations, ensuring performance expectations and required improvements are clearly documented and communicated.
  • Work closely with managers to identify performance gaps, behavioral concerns, attendance issues, or other people-related challenges and determine appropriate actions.
  • Handle employee relations and people issues professionally, including conflicts, underperformance, disciplinary matters, resignation, and termination.
  • Manage resignation and offboarding processes, including exit documentation, knowledge transfer, company asset return, and exit interviews.
  • Provide HR recommendations to management regarding employee performance, retention, development, disciplinary actions, and workforce decisions.

We are looking for a BRANDist with:

  • At least a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Law, Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Management or related field
  • At least 4-year experience in a related role
  • Ability to competently manage and proficiently handle numerous responsibilities at once in an atmosphere of tensions, interruptions, continuous changes, and constantly shifting priorities
  • Ability to build and maintain Positive Energy in teams and the company
  • Flexibility and adaptability to manipulate a range of different tasks and to work extra hours to meet deadlines or to tackle with workload
  • Commitment to constantly seek opportunities to optimize processes and improve efficiency and maximize productivity
  • Positive attitude with a rolls-up-your-sleeves mindset and a can-do approach
  • Proficient oral and written communication skills both Thai and English with an appropriate manner
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) or Google Workspace.
  • Office location: BRANDi HopeQuarter (111 Praditmanutham) and BRANDi HeartQuarter (Sukhumvit 26)
