Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist based in BANGKOK THAILAND. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits programs, and overseeing personnel management functions. Day-to-day tasks include providing HR support to employees, maintaining compliance with labor regulations, and helping to cultivate a positive and productive workplace culture. Collaboration with various departments to align HR initiatives with organizational goals will also be a key focus.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Manage the full-cycle recruitmentprocess, including job description definition,job posting, screening candidates, interview conduction until offer negotiation;

2.Administer employee benefits and payroll;

3.Manage life circle of employee from onboarding to offboarding;

4.Handle employee relations issues and conflict resolution

5.Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with regulations

6.Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment

7.Stay up-to-date on HR trends and best practices

8.Other HR tasks assigned from management team.

Qualifications & Skills:

1.Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

2. Two years plus HR experience, with demonstrated expertise in recruitment is plus.

3. Excellent interpersonal communication skills.

4. Familiar with local labor laws and recruiting practice.

5. Fluent in Thai and English (verbal and written).

6.Chinese language skill is plus.
