HVAC TECHNICIAN

JOB VACANCY - HVAC TECHNICIAN

We are looking for a motivated and experienced HVAC Technician to join our team.

Position: HVAC Technician
Experience: Minimum 2-3 years
Qualification: Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline

Key Responsibilities

• Perform HVAC system maintenance, servicing, troubleshooting and repair
• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of AHUs, FCUs, ventilation and air-conditioning systems
• Perform air filter replacement and routine HVAC servicing
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults
• Assist with HVAC installation, testing and commissioning works
• Read and understand mechanical/electrical drawings
• Prepare and update basic technical drawings using AutoCAD
• Complete service reports and maintenance records
• Follow workplace safety procedures and company requirements
• Coordinate effectively with supervisors, engineers and other technicians

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant HVAC experience
• AutoCAD knowledge is mandatory
• Good HVAC troubleshooting and repair skills
• Hands-on experience in preventive and corrective maintenance
• Experience with AHU/FCU servicing and filter replacement
• Basic understanding of electrical and control systems
• Good communication skills
• Able to work independently when required
• Must be a good team player
• Responsible, safety-conscious and willing to learn
