IB & Affiliate Manager Asia (Forex/CFD)

About The Team

We are Quadcode , a fintech company excelling in financial brokerage activities and delivering advanced financial products to our global clientele. Our flagship product, an internal trading platform, is offered as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution to other brokers.

We are looking for an IB & Affiliate Manager to join our team and help grow our partner network across key markets, including the Asian one.

Responsibilities

• Search and onboard IBs, affiliates, and ad platforms in your region
• Support partners through activation and ongoing work
• Manage CPA, RevShare, Hybrid, and Lot models
• Monitor partner performance and optimize results
• Assist in negotiations and deal closure
• Identify new growth opportunities
  
  

Requirements

• From 2 years as affiliate manager or bizdev in Forex/CFD
• Understanding of regulated broker operations
• Existing network of IBs/partners in the Middle East is a strong advantage
• Familiarity with affiliate models: CPA, RevShare, Hybrid
• Fluency in English
• Strong communication and structured approach
• Proactive and results-oriented mindset
