Import Export Specialist (Accountant)

What You'll Do

• Manage full-cycle import & export accounting: customs documentation, cross-border shipment coordination, and trade compliance
• Record, reconcile, and verify inventory costs, purchase expenses, and logistics-related charges
• Process supplier payments and support monthly financial closing for international trade activities
• Liaise with headquarters, freight forwarders, and Thailand customs authorities
• Ensure full compliance with Thai customs regulations, tax requirements, and international trade standards
• Maintain accurate financial records and prepare periodic trade-related management reports

Who We're Looking For

Chinese + English speakers — highly preferred

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• 1–3 years experience in EXIM accounting, customs, or international trade finance
• Familiarity with Thailand trade procedures and documentation
• Proficient in Excel and standard accounting software
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Fresh graduates with strong English and solid academic background are also encouraged to apply
• Based in Thailand or ready to relocate to Chonburi immediately
• On-site work at Chonburi — this is NOT a remote role
