Visual Merchandising Implementation:
Implement visual merchandising to follow the brand's guidelines.
Create appealing and eye-catching visual displays that lead the customer through the entire store.
Brand & Market Alignment:
Act in alignment with the organization's culture, products, image, and target market.
In-Store VM Management:
Oversee and maintain in-store visual merchandising and communicate with staff on arranging displays.
Sales Monitoring & Replenishment:
Partner with the store management team to monitor merchandise sell-through and replenishment utilizing sales reports.
Product Promotion & Seasonal Displays:
Change displays to promote new product launches and reflect festive or seasonal themes.
Research & Trend Awareness:
Research lifestyle, demographics, and design trends.

Qualifications

Education:
Bachelor degree in Arts and Design or related field
Experience:
Proven work experience as a Visual Merchandiser (a plus).
Solid experience in field visual merchandising, including window displays and signs.
Thai nationality preferred; must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in Thai.
Personal Attributes:
Demonstrable visual design skills with a strong retail merchandising portfolio.
Knowledge of current visual merchandising trends and best practices.
Creative and innovative thinker.
