Job Description

• Analyze industry conditions, sector dynamics, and macroeconomic trends relevant to the bank's portfolio
• Assess implications on asset quality, sector exposure, and portfolio risk
• Develop industry outlooks, competitive analysis, and structural trend assessments
• Translate analytical insights into actionable recommendations to support portfolio strategy and risk management
• Support internal risk frameworks and portfolio monitoring initiatives
• Conduct strategic research aligned with corporate direction and key initiatives
• Collaborate with business units to share insights and support decision-making
• Prepare and deliver research outputs for internal stakeholders and external audiences
• Participate in media, PR, and public communication by providing expert insights

Qualification

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics
• At least 5 years of experience in research, banking, consulting in Macroeconommics, or related fields
• Strong analytical, statistical, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of economic and financial forecasting techniques
• Experience in data analysis tools, statistical software, and presentation tools
• Understanding of business strategy, economic trends, and financial markets
• Advanced econometrics and financial analysis skills are an advantage
