Information Communication Technology Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced ICT Manager to oversee our IT infrastructure, operations management, database administration, and internal enterprise systems (ERP / SAP). You will lead strategic technology initiatives, drive system standardization alongside regional/global IT teams, and ensure robust cybersecurity, data protection, and operational compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement IT strategies, operational plans, and governance policies aligned with organizational objectives.
• Oversee IT infrastructure, server and network environments, database management, and ERP/SAP systems to ensure optimal uptime, security, and performance.
• Lead IT projects end-to-end from planning to deployment, collaborating closely with regional and global IT teams for standardized integration.
• Establish and maintain strong cybersecurity measures, data protection protocols, and compliance with standards such as IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and ISO 27001.
• Manage the departmental IT budget efficiently to optimize technology investments and operational costs.
• Lead, mentor, and technically support the ICT team while organizing knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance digital literacy across the company.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 7–10+ years of progressive experience in IT management, covering IT infrastructure, database administration, and ERP/SAP systems.
• Strong technical background in network and server management, cybersecurity, cloud technologies (AWS/Azure), and ITIL frameworks.
• Proven track record in project management, leadership, and cross-functional stakeholder collaboration.
• Proficient communication skills in both Thai and English.
