We are supporting a leading FTSE 100 global FMCG organisation seeking an experienced Innovation Project Manager to support a portfolio of new product development and innovation initiatives in Thailand.

This is a contract opportunity working within a highly collaborative, international environment and partnering with cross-functional teams to take new products from initial concept through development and commercial launch.

The Role

As Innovation Project Manager, you will coordinate and drive NPD and innovation projects across multiple functions, ensuring projects progress against agreed timelines, commercial objectives and quality requirements.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Leading innovation and new product development (NPD) projects from concept through to commercial launch.
• Developing and managing project plans, milestones, dependencies and critical paths.
• Coordinating cross-functional teams across R&D, Marketing, Commercial, Supply Chain, Procurement and Manufacturing.
• Driving project governance and facilitating stage-gate reviews and key decision points.
• Managing project risks, issues and dependencies and ensuring appropriate mitigation actions are implemented.
• Coordinating product development activities with manufacturing readiness and commercial launch plans.
• Facilitating project meetings and providing clear progress updates to senior stakeholders.
• Managing multiple workstreams and ensuring timely delivery of key project milestones.
• Supporting continuous improvement of innovation and NPD processes.

About You

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong track record of delivering product innovation or NPD projects within FMCG, consumer products or a related environment.

You will ideally bring:

• Strong project management experience within FMCG, consumer products or a related industry.
• Demonstrated experience delivering NPD, product innovation or product launch projects.
• Experience managing projects from concept and development through to manufacturing and market launch.
• Knowledge of stage-gate or structured product development processes.
• Experience working across R&D, Marketing, Commercial, Supply Chain and Manufacturing teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Excellent planning, organisation, risk management and problem-solving capability.
• Experience working within a large, matrixed or multinational organisation.
• Strong professional English communication skills appropriate for working with regional and global stakeholders.
