Inside Sales Executive

Job Summary –

The position of Inside Sales Executive in Trendy Traders Academy is a dynamic and result driven role responsible for driving revenue growth and establishing strong customer relationship growth. The Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling trading courses, generating leads, counselling potential students, and achieving enrolment targets.

Key Responsibilities -

• Contact and follow up with leads generated through digital marketing campaigns.

• Explain trading courses, features, benefits, and pricing to prospective students.

• Counsel students and guide them in choosing suitable trading programs.

• Convert leads into paid enrolments.

• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

• Maintain accurate records in CRM system.

• Coordinate with trainers and support team for smooth onboarding.

• Handle customer queries and provide post-sales support.

Required Skills –-

• Excellent communication and convincing skills.

• Knowledge of trading will be considered an added advantage.

• Target-driven and result-oriented specialist.

• Good negotiation and objection-handling skills.

•Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office.

Language Known -

• English, Hindi (Mandatory)

Qualification & Experience -

• Bachelor's degree.

• 0-3 years of experience in sales.
