Inside Sales Internship in Bangalore

We are looking for an energetic and confident Admission Counsellor to handle prospective student enquiries, explain courses and admission processes, and convert leads into successful admissions.

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Make 3–4 hours of outbound and inbound calls to prospective students/parents.
• Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses/programs.
• Explain course details, eligibility, fees, admission process and other relevant information.
• Follow up with interested candidates through calls and WhatsApp.
• Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in CRM/Excel.
• Convert qualified leads into admissions.
• Handle objections and answer basic queries professionally.
• Maintain regular follow-ups until the admission decision is completed.
• Coordinate with the admissions/academic team whenever required.
• Achieve assigned daily, weekly and monthly admission targets.
