Role Description

This is a full-time, hybrid role for an Insurance Agent, based in Bangkok with flexibility for some remote work. The Insurance Agent will be responsible for engaging with clients to assess their insurance needs, providing personalized recommendations, and ensuring superior customer service throughout the process. Day-to-day tasks include selling insurance products, negotiating terms with clients, managing insurance brokerage activities, staying informed about industry trends, and assisting clients with claims and policy understanding. The role also involves building strong client relationships to ensure business growth and retention.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Insurance Sales, Insurance, and Insurance Brokerage
• Strong understanding of Finance and related concepts
• Excellent Customer Service skills with a focus on building and maintaining client relationships
• Effective communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and adapt to a hybrid work environment
• Experience in sales and financial services is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred
• Relevant certifications in insurance or financial services are a plus
