Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Insurance Operations Associate (High Net Worth). In this role, you will provide middle-office operational support for High Net Worth (HNW) products, with main focus on Variable Universal Life (VUL) policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with custodians and asset managers to resolve VUL transaction processing and operational queries.
Input, validate, and monitor monthly VUL policy valuations, liquidity, and overall policy value.
Track underlying assets, performing checks on sanctions exposure, illiquidity, and suitability considerations.
Ensure complete and accurate documentation, maintain SOPs, and produce timely internal and regulatory reports.
Deliver additional HNW operational tasks and project support as assigned, maintaining control discipline and compliance standards.

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years in custody or investment operations within a bank, custodian, or comparable financial institution.
Solid working knowledge of investment, custodial operations, and life insurance processes, including local regulatory requirements.
Strong service orientation with ability to manage priorities, maintain control discipline, and multi‑task effectively.
Highly competent in execution, meticulous with documentation standards, and strong attention to detail.
Effective team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
