About the role

Join our dynamic team at BSI Insurance Broker Limited as a Insurance Sale Executive . In this full-time position based in Sathorn, Bangkok, you will play a crucial role in driving our company's sales growth and providing exceptional customer service.

What you'll be doing

· Actively prospect and generate new sales leads through cold-calling, networking, and other prospecting activities

· Engage with potential clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions

· Prepare and present professional proposals and quotes to secure new business

· Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention

· Collaborate with the wider team to share best practices and contribute to the overall sales strategy

· Accurately track and report on sales activities, targets, and performance

What we're looking for

· Proven sales experience in the insurance industry, preferably in a broker or agency environment

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients

· Strong negotiation and closing skills to convert leads into sales

· Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

· Familiarity with insurance products and regulations in the Thai and International market
