Intern - Talent Acquisition (Open from mid September onward)

About the role

An internship offering hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, employer branding, and campus engagement while working closely with hiring managers and candidates across Minor Group.

Key responsibilities

• Support job postings and candidate sourcing through various recruitment channels.
• Screen applications and assist in identifying suitable candidates.
• Coordinate interviews, assessments, and communication between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update candidate information in the recruitment system.
• Support internship programs, career fairs, campus activities, and employer branding initiatives.
• Assist in preparing recruitment reports, presentations, and other related documents.
• Support other Talent Acquisition projects and administrative tasks as assigned.

About you

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communication Arts, or a related field.
• Interested in recruitment, employer branding, and the People & Culture function.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Able to commit to the required internship period.
