Job Description

• Plan, execute, and manage internal audit activities to ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Identify and assess risks, providing recommendations for risk mitigation and process improvement.
• Prepare detailed and accurate audit reports for senior management, highlighting key findings and actionable insights.
• Monitor and evaluate the implementation of corrective actions based on audit findings.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment with internal audit standards and objectives.
• Develop and maintain an effective internal control framework across the organisation.
• Provide guidance and training to team members to enhance audit practices.
• Stay updated on changes in regulations and industry standards relevant to the property sector.
  
  

The Successful Applicant

A Successful Internal Audit Manager Should Have

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional qualifications such as CPA, CIA, or equivalent are highly regarded.
• Extensive knowledge of internal audit principles, practices, and standards.
• Experience in the property industry or a related sector is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and report-writing abilities.
• Proficiency in using audit tools and software.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying risks and opportunities.
  
  

What's on Offer

• Annual salary ranging from THB 1,296,000 to intTHB 1,584,000.
• Variable bonus equivalent to 3 to 4 months pay.
