International Regulatory Affairs Manager (Chinese & English Speaking)

About the Role

Sherwood Corporation (Thailand) PCL. (SWC) is seeking an experienced International Regulatory Affairs Manager to support product registration, regulatory compliance, and international market expansion across China, ASEAN, and other overseas markets.

The role will manage regulatory activities across multiple countries and work with regulatory authorities, registration agents, distributors, consultants, laboratories, and internal teams.

We are particularly seeking Chinese nationals or Mandarin-speaking professionals with international regulatory experience.

Key Responsibilities

Lead product registration, renewal, amendment, and regulatory approval across international markets.
Research regulatory requirements, product classification, labeling, claims, and compliance.
Prepare and review regulatory dossiers and technical documentation.
Liaise with overseas authorities, agents, distributors, consultants, and laboratories.
Manage regulatory submissions, inquiries, timelines, and approval processes.
Assess regulatory feasibility and risks for new products and market-entry projects.
Provide regulatory advice to Sales, Business Development, Marketing, R&D, QA, and Supply Chain.
Manage external regulatory partners and multiple projects to meet timelines and budgets.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, Food Science, Agricultural Science, Regulatory Science, or related fields.
5+ years of experience in Regulatory Affairs, International Regulatory Affairs, Product Registration, or Regulatory Consulting.
Hands-on experience with product registration in multiple countries outside China.
Strong knowledge of regulatory dossiers, product classification, labeling, claims, and compliance.
Strong written and spoken English.
Fluent Mandarin Chinese is highly preferred.
Experience in China, ASEAN, or Thailand markets is an advantage.
Experience in FMCG, chemicals, biocides, agricultural, food, cleaning products, or other regulated consumer products is preferred.
Strong project management, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
