Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of international trade compliance, including import/export regulations, customs documentation, and adherence to trade laws.
2. Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies and procedures related to international trade.
3. Monitor changes in trade regulations and assess their impact on company operations.
4. Prepare and review import/export documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
5. Provide guidance and training to internal teams on trade compliance best practices.
6. Liaise with customs brokers and regulatory agencies to resolve compliance issues.
7. Conduct risk assessments and audits to maintain compliance with international trade laws.
8. Collaborate with legal and finance teams to mitigate potential trade risks and penalties.
9. Stay informed about global trade trends and practices.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in International Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 3 experiences in international trade and compliance roles.
3. Strong knowledge of customs regulations, export controls, and trade agreements.
4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
6. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
7. Strong understanding of product export regulations, particularly to Malaysia and China.
8. Ability to travel abroad if required.
9. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
