Job Description

. Maintain and develop Power BI Dashboards
. Coordinate supplier communication
. Prepare contracts and legal documents (non-disclosure agreements)
. Prepare presentations for internal and external meetings
. Participate in supplier calls and on-site visits
. Participate in technical discussions with suppliers
. Support new customer projects
. Support in workshop preparation

Qualifications

. Must be enrolled in an accredited university
. Availability of minimum 6 months, target start date July
. Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
. Experience with PowerBI is a strong plus
. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
. Proficient level of English skills, Chinese would be a strong bonus
. Self-directed and able to work without supervision
. Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas
