Internship 2027, Human Resouces and Internship Management, Power Solutions (HmjP/HRL)

Job Description

1) Support overall internship management, including onboarding/orientation, support foreign intern for required document, and coordination with the HR Shared Service Team.
2) Lead and coordinate for internship activity.
3) Assist in HR Development (HRD) activities, including training administration, learning programs, and training evaluation.
4) Support employer branding and university collaboration activities, such as career fairs, campus events, university visits, and recruitment marketing campaigns.
5) Support and prepare the material for company engagement activities.
6) Support digitalization projects: HR reports, dashboards, and data analysis using Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
7) Support HRBP projects, monthly reports, workshops, and other assigned HR initiatives.

Qualifications

1) Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field.
2) Good commandof both written and spoken Thai and English.
3) Basic knowledge of HR processes.
4) Advance knowledge in Microsoft Office applications.
5) Basic problem solving skills
6) Minimum 4 months of internship period (starting from November 2026 onwards)
7) Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
8) Good collaboration with people.
9) Basic presentation and communicaton skills
10) Familiarity withCanva, Power BI, Power Automate, Power Query or data visualization tools are adventaged.

. Monday to Friday, 8:00 am. - 5:30 pm.
