Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end recruitment for internship, scholarship and early-career programmes.
Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop recruitment plans.
Manage candidate sourcing, assessment, selection, offer and onboarding activities.
Plan and coordinate campus recruitment events, career fairs and employer-branding initiatives.
Build and maintain relationships with universities, educational institutions and student communities.
Manage early-career programmes from planning through execution.
Analyse recruitment metrics, dashboards and stakeholder feedback.
Recommend improvements to candidate experience, hiring outcomes and operational efficiency.
Collaborate with business leaders, HR Business Partners and regional or global Talent Acquisition teams.
Support inclusive recruitment, workforce planning and long-term talent-pipeline initiatives.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree.
At least five years of experience in HR or Talent Acquisition programme/process management.
Strong project management, planning and organisational capabilities.
Excellent communication, stakeholder-management and relationship-building skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and changing environment.
Experience analysing recruitment data and using insights to improve hiring outcomes.
Comfortable using recruitment systems, digital collaboration platforms and AI-enabled tools.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in internship programmes, graduate or campus recruitment, university relations, scholarship programmes or workforce development.
Experience building partnerships with educational institutions and external organisations.
Familiarity with employer branding, talent attraction and candidate-engagement strategies.
Strong interest in developing future talent and sustainable workforce pipelines.
