Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory Supervisor to manage end-to-end planning and scheduling for high-tech client projects. The role requires close coordination with operations, warehouse, and client teams to ensure timely delivery, optimal resource allocation, and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
Key responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and optimize production, delivery, and shipment schedules for high-tech industry clients.
- Coordinate with internal operations, procurement, warehouse, and transport teams to ensure seamless execution of schedules.
- Monitor daily operations and provide timely updates, identifying and resolving potential bottlenecks or delays.
- Prepare reports and dashboards for project teams and management on schedule adherence, KPIs, and performance metrics.
- Support project planning for new client implementations or system changes.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, resources, and workflow to enable effective decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with client-specific protocols and safety standards.
- Responsible for daily inventory management such as warehouse activities including receiving, storing, order processing, stocks adjustment, location management and dispatching.
- Lead inventory discrepancies, investigate root causes, and implement corrective actions.
- Act as the WMS Super User (Oracle), providing expert-level support to end users, ensuring that the system is used effectively across all warehouse functions.
About you
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
- 5–10 years experience in logistics planning and scheduling, preferably with high-tech or technology clients.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems, Microsoft Excel, and planning software.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Business fluency in Thai and English.
