About the Role

We are looking for a high-calibre professional with experience in investment banking, corporate finance, project finance, or strategy consulting to join our team.

The role will be responsible for supporting and executing strategic investment and corporate finance initiatives, covering financial analysis, valuation, transaction structuring, funding, due diligence, and stakeholder management. The successful candidate will work closely with senior management and cross-functional teams on high-impact business and investment projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop financial models, valuations, and scenario analyses to support investment and strategic decisions.
• Evaluate investment opportunities, business cases, and potential transactions.
• Support transaction execution, including due diligence, documentation review, structuring, and negotiations.
• Provide corporate finance support on funding strategies, capital structure, and financing activities.
• Prepare management, board, investment committee, and investor/lender materials.
• Engage with banks, investors, financial advisors, strategic partners, and other external stakeholders.
• Coordinate with internal teams including finance, legal, commercial, and other relevant functions to drive project execution.
• Support strategic initiatives including fundraising, partnerships, acquisitions, and other corporate development activities.
• Conduct market and industry analysis to support investment and strategic decision-making.
• Present financial analysis and recommendations clearly to senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related discipline.
• 3–6 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, project finance, consulting, or a related transaction-focused role.
• Strong financial modelling, valuation, and analytical skills.
• Solid understanding of transaction structures, financing arrangements, and commercial agreements.
• Experience in transaction execution, due diligence, or fundraising is strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and report-writing skills.
• Strong business judgement and ability to translate financial analysis into practical recommendations.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, work under pressure, and deliver within tight timelines.
• Experience working with international stakeholders is an advantage.
