Investor Relations Assistant (Supervisor Level) Position
Key Responsibilities
· Support the analysis and communication of the Company's financial performance, business strategies, and overall corporate performance to investors, analysts, and stakeholders ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timeliness.
· Coordinate and support Investor Relations activities, including roadshows, conferences, analyst meetings, and investor site visits, as well as the preparation of related materials and presentations.
· Prepare and develop Investor Relations presentations, reports, and disclosure materials in collaboration with management and relevant internal departments.
· Support the preparation and submission of mandatory reports to regulatory authorities (e.g., the Stock Exchange of Thailand). Ensure full compliance with laws and regulations regarding the 56-1 One Report, Sustainability Reports, and other material disclosures.
· Prepare and disseminate corporate communications related to investor relations in close coordination with the Corporate Communications team.
· Monitor the Company's share price movements, capital market conditions, and industry trends, and promptly report any material or unusual developments to management.
· Establish and maintain strong professional relationships with investors, analysts, regulators, financial institutions, and other stakeholders.
· Provide support to the Company Secretary in coordinating and organizing meetings of the Board of Directors and Shareholders Meetings, including related documentation and administrative support.
General Support
· Act as a liaison between management, internal departments, and external parties.
· Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors, the Company Secretary, management, or the Board of Directors.
Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
· Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Investor Relations or related functions within a listed company.
· Strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
· Excellent command of written and spoken English, with a minimum TOEIC score of 750.
· Detail-oriented, highly responsible, and capable of providing effective support to senior management in a professional environment.
· Sound knowledge of capital market regulations and requirements of the Stock Exchange of Thailand. (optional)
