We are seeking an experienced IT Application Manager to lead and manage enterprise applications, with a strong focus on SAP ERP systems in a manufacturing environment. This role will oversee application support, system improvements, and a small team of IT professionals while partnering closely with business users across operations, manufacturing, and supply chain functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support SAP and related business applications across the organization.
• Lead application projects, enhancements, and system implementations.
• Oversee SAP modules such as PP, MM, QM, Costing, or related functional areas.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective system solutions.
• Ensure application stability, performance, and continuous improvement.
• Develop and maintain IT application policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Identify operational issues, analyze root causes, and implement sustainable solutions.
• Manage, coach, and develop a team of application support professionals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Warehouse, Quality, and Finance to optimize business processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in IT Applications, ERP, or SAP environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA or other SAP platforms.
• Experience supporting one or more SAP modules such as PP, MM, QM, CO/Costing, or related areas.
• Exposure to digitalization, automation tools, Power Apps, RPA, or enterprise application platforms is an advantage.
• Experience leading a team and managing application support operations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Manufacturing industry experience is highly preferred.
