IT Business analyst (Chinese speaking)

-Work closely with development teams to understand project requirements, objectives, and timelines, and provide support as needed to ensure successful project outcomes.

-Plan and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conferences for project stakeholders, ensuring schedules are efficiently managed and conflicts are minimized.

-Facilitate communication among project team members both externally and internally through scheduled meetings, emails, and other communication channels, ensuring everyone is informed and aligned on project goals and progress.

-Plan and prioritize own work and team's work systematically. Skilled in using project management tools and well-familiar with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

-Establish the project management documents, input relevant data, monitor issues and changes, generate status reports to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of project progress.
