IT Field Support Engineer

We are currently hiring for an IT Hands & Feet (H&F) Engineer to support onsite IT operations for a leading technology/automation environment in Rayong, Thailand.

Position: IT Hands & Feet Engineer / Onsite Support Engineer

Location: Rayong, Thailand

Work Type: Onsite

Availability: 2 days per week, preferably Tuesday and Wednesday

Engagement: Dedicated onsite support

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide onsite hands-and-feet / smart-hands IT support.
• Perform hardware installation, replacement, troubleshooting, and basic maintenance.
• Support network devices, connectivity, cabling, and peripheral equipment.
• Perform physical IT tasks as directed by remote technical teams.
• Troubleshoot and resolve onsite technical issues.
• Coordinate with remote teams and provide status updates.
• Maintain proper documentation of onsite activities and incidents.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in IT field support, onsite support, desktop support, or smart-hands services.
• Basic knowledge of networking and hardware troubleshooting.
• Comfortable working in an industrial/warehouse environment.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently at the customer site.
