IT Governance Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Drive ITSM improvement and support continuous improvement of IT processes, service standards, KPIs, and controls.
• Manage IT document control, including IT policies, procedures, standards, guidelines, version control, review, and approval processes.
• Develop and maintain the AI Policy (draft completed) and support its implementation across the organization.
• Coordinate Cyber Security Awareness programs, training, and communication to strengthen employees understanding of cybersecurity risks and best practices.
• Manage IT Risk, including risk identification, assessment, monitoring, reporting, risk register maintenance, and follow-up of mitigation actions.
• Support IT governance, compliance, internal controls, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, IT Management, or related fields.
• 3-5 years of experience in IT Governance, IT Risk, IT Compliance, ITSM, or related areas.
