Job Description

We are seeking an IT Project Manager to lead enterprise technology delivery for a key client in Thailand. You will drive end-to-end execution across multiple initiatives, align senior stakeholders, manage risks and dependencies, and keep delivery transparent through strong governance. Work in a senior delivery team where your planning and leadership keep programs on track.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery across scope, schedule, budget, quality, risks and dependencies
Build and maintain delivery plans, milestones, RAID logs and project reporting
Run governance cadences including steering updates, PMO checkpoints and status reviews
Partner with business leaders, product owners, technical teams and vendors to align priorities
Track and manage cross-project dependencies, escalating early with clear options and impacts
Coordinate testing, go-live readiness, stabilization and transition to operations
Support vendor coordination including contract oversight and performance tracking

Requirements

Proven experience managing large scale enterprise IT projects in complex and multi-stakeholder environments
Strong project management experience across the full project lifecycle including governance and reporting
Hands-on experience using Agile and hybrid delivery approaches
Clear communication with confidence engaging both technical teams and senior leaders
Demonstrated ability in risk management, planning and cross-functional coordination
Working knowledge of PMO governance frameworks and delivery controls
Professional proficiency in English and Thai

Nice to have

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent
Agile certification such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
Hands-on experience with Jira, Azure DevOps or dashboarding tools
