About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and driven IT Project Manager to oversee and deliver end-to-end IT and platform projects across Thailand and regional markets. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, regional partners, and Chinese developers/publishers.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Management & Delivery

- Manage IT projects end-to-end from requirement gathering, solution design, development, testing, Go-Live, to project closure.

- Handle projects related to Game Platforms, Payment Systems, Web/Mobile Applications, API/SDK Integration, Infrastructure, Data, and Digital Solutions.

- Manage project scope, timeline, resources, risks, dependencies, vendors, quality, and key deliverables.

- Balance delivery speed, business agility, security, risk, and operational stability.

- Maintain essential project documentation and continuously improve PM standards, SOPs, and working processes.

2. Business & Regional Stakeholder Management

- Work closely with Business, Product/Game Operations, Regional Offices, Internal IT, Developers, Vendors, Game Publishers, and Technology Partners.

- Support projects across Thailand and other regional markets based on business requirements.

- Translate business needs into practical technology solutions and actionable project plans.

- Facilitate requirement discussions, technical workshops, project meetings, and executive updates.

- Coordinate effectively between business stakeholders and technical teams across different countries and cultures.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or higher in IT, Computer Science, MIS, Computer Engineering, or related fields.

- 3 to 5+ years of experience in IT Project Management or Technical Project Management.

- Background in Gaming, Digital Platform, Payment/FinTech, or E-Commerce is highly preferred.

- Good understanding of SDLC, Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies.

- Solid technical grasp of API/SDK Integrations, Web/Mobile Applications, Databases, Infrastructure, and System Integration.

- Experience with project tools such as Jira, Confluence, ClickUp, Microsoft Teams, or SharePoint.

- Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving, negotiation, and cross-cultural communication skills.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in Online Games, Game Publishing, or Live Game Services.

- Familiarity with Game Platforms, Account/Authentication, Payment Systems, Game Data, Release/Patch Management, or Live Operations.

- Direct experience coordinating with Chinese game developers, publishers, technology vendors, or platform partners.

Language Requirements

- Thai: Fluent/Native for local operational and business coordination.

- English: Strong professional proficiency (written and spoken) for regional meetings, documentation, and executive presentations.

- Chinese (Mandarin): Working proficiency required for technical discussions, requirement gathering, and day-to-day coordination with Chinese developers and technology partners.
