Position Overview

As part of a dynamic sales team, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and expanding key business accounts across both commercial and public (government) sectors. You should be adept at spotting new business opportunities, building strategic relationships with decision-makers, and operating outside your comfort zone to achieve revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Account Management & Growth: Identify, develop, and manage strategic accounts across commercial enterprises and public sector agencies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Commercial Sector Engagement: Proactively engage commercial customers to understand their business challenges, map solutions to their digital transformation needs, and build long-term value-driven partnerships.
Deal Strategy & Leadership: Lead, strategize, and drive the end-to-end sales and bid process to win new business deals in both corporate and government spaces.
Solution Promotion: Promote the company's full suite of IT consultancy services, digital solutions, and software products to key stakeholders.
Proposal Development: Collaborate closely with the pre-sales consultancy team to craft compelling tender proposals, pitch decks, and client presentations.

Prerequisites

Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience in a corporate or enterprise sales function.
Demonstrated experience in engaging and closing deals within the commercial sector experience handling government accounts is a strong added advantage.
Strong track record of technical solution selling (consultancy, software, or digital solutions).
Excellent presentation, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
