Job Description
- Implement, manage and coordinate daily operations site support (Including monitor network utilization, usage and server performance; server room housekeeping and testing of hardware and software).
- Guarantee availability of all local data and telecom services.
- Maintain IT-documentation of diagrams, configurations and procedures.
- Provide 1st & 2nd level support for server systems, LAN, WLAN, WAN, customer network, network security, other network services, and PBX/VoIP systems.
- Work together with expert teams for 2nd and 3rd level IT support.
- Teach and empower site personnel for use of IT based technologies.
- Roll-out of standardized operating environment & software package deployment as well as patch and hot fix installation.
- Investigate technical issues and provide solutions to both IT and Non-IT personnel in cooperation with global JIS team.
- Manage software licenses register and inventories as well as compatibility testing for hardware and software.
- Responsible for Production IT security of the plant
- Participate in the troubleshooting of workshop equipment, eliminate the failure of IT related equipment and software (PLC, Comproxy, Stako, Wincc etc). Coordinate with external support to troubleshoot the hardware/software problems.
- Backup the equipment, including and not limited image (Acronis), master data (Versiondog, central production data). Recovery the data in machine-PC and server after system crash.
- Responsible to prepare Production Service Area ready for Industry 4.0, standardize the IT infrastructure for production and reduce the vulnerabilities for attacks
