IT System Developer (New Graduate are welcome)

Work Type: Onsite 100%

Working Hours: Monday – Friday / 8:00 AM –5:00 PM

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and improve internal business systems by utilizing Microsoft Power Platform tools such as Power Apps,

Power Automate, and SharePoint.

2. Design and implement automated workflows to reduce redundant steps and enhance the efficiency of various

departments.

3. Develop internal forms, approval systems, and data storage solutions that meet user requirements and are practical

for daily operations.

4. Collaborate with users to gather and analyze business requirements (User Requirements) prior to system design.

5. Write PowerShell scripts to support automation tasks, report generation, and general system maintenance.

6. Support data integration between Microsoft 365 and other systems such as SAP Business One (SAP B1).

7. Provide assistance in IT Support activities, including computer equipment, network systems, and internal information

systems.

8. Prepare system documentation, user manuals, and provide user training and guidance within the organization.

9. GDP and CAC specification trained.

10. Monitor work processes in order to ensure all activities are complied with GDP (Good Distribution Practice

Compliance), PDPA (Personal Data Protection Act), and CAC (Thai Private Sector Collective Action Against Corruption).

11. Others as assign by superior.

Qualifications :

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field. (New Graduate are welcome)

2. Basic knowledge or hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform tools such as Power Apps, Power Automate,

or SharePoint.

3. Fundamental knowledge of PowerShell scripting for automation tasks or general system administration.

4. Basic understanding of IT systems, with the ability to collaborate with the Support team and assist in resolving general

issues.

5. Understanding of workflow principles and basic database concepts.

6. Responsible, detail-oriented, and eager to learn new technologies continuously.

7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

8. Positive attitude, self-motivated, and adaptable to technological changes.
