IT WMS Manager

Responsibilities

• To manage all aspects of WMS (Warehouse Management System) implementation or related IT products for Thailand cluster or any customer implementations.
• Be part of the APAC IT WMS team to provide expertise in functional and technical consulting to the WMS solutions in Thailand Cluster.
• Responsible for the life circle of system deployment including but not limited to Gathering business requirement, writing Business Requirement Documentation and Functional Design document, Application Design Document, Warehouse Management System Configuration, making user training material and UAT.
• To analyze the needs of the business to identify and develop suitable solutions.
• To analyze the system as well as business process in order to identify the root cause.
• To analyze the integration requirement and develop the specification requirement.
• Participate in the customer/ management meeting - able to provide consultation on the solution as well as WMS technical aspects.
• To maintain and submit accurate and timeous reports on projects, change requests, delivery versus targets.
• Responsible for problem solving, troubleshooting on the software configuration.

Requirements

• Minimum 6-10 years working experience in System Configuration and Deployment/implementation field preferably in logistics industry
• Experience in project implementation, system configuration, requirement gathering for WMS (Warehouse Management System) is a must
• SAP/ERP Consulting experience especially WMS module with Developer background will be advantageous
• Good analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Taking on own initiative & minimal supervision
• Knowledge of API/EDI integration design/specification
• Strong experience of SQL/Oracle database
• Fluent in Thai and good communication in English
• Able to travel outside country and visit sites in upcountry
