Experience: 8-15 Years

8 to 15 years of IT experience with strong expertise in JAVA/J2EE

Minimum 5+ years in SRE, Production Support, Platform Engineering, or DevOps

Experience supporting mission-critical banking or financial systems

Strong exposure to 24x7 production environments with stringent SLA/SLO commitments

Kubernetes, OpenShift, Docker containerization

Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation

Capacity planning and performance engineering

Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Problem Management

Chaos Engineering and Resilience Testing

Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/Splunk

APM tools (Dynatrace/AppDynamics/New Relic)

End-to-end operational automation

Self-healing platform implementation

Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, ArgoCD, SonarQube

Fair knowledge on Kafka, Hadoop/Cloudera ecosystem, Spark
