Colombin Stone is a growing jewellery business focused on gold jewellery, quality craftsmanship and carefully selected designs. KT is part of Colombin Stone and is entering an exciting stage of growth.

We are looking for a trustworthy, organised and proactive assistant to work closely with the owner. The main priorities will be managing jewellery inventory, organising product information and supporting the daily operation of the business. The role will also include managing social media and assisting with events, photoshoots and customer enquiries.

Key responsibilities

Inventory and stock management

• Receive, count, label and organise jewellery stock
• Maintain accurate records for every item
• Record product codes, gold purity, weight, cost, price and location
• Track stock received, sold, returned, reserved or transferred
• Assist with physical stock counts and reconciliation
• Organise jewellery securely by collection, category and location
• Identify missing information and investigate stock differences
• Monitor fast-moving, slow-moving and low-stock products
• Prepare and reconcile stock for exhibitions, photoshoots and appointments

Product and catalogue organisation

• Maintain accurate and complete product information
• Coordinate product photography and photoshoot preparation
• Match photographs to the correct product codes
• Organise product images and documents into clearly labelled folders
• Help prepare catalogues, price lists and product presentations
• Assist with website product updates when required

Social media and brand support

• Plan and maintain a consistent social media schedule
• Photograph and film jewellery for social media
• Prepare posts, stories, reels and product updates
• Write clear captions that reflect the brand
• Respond professionally to basic online enquiries
• Organise content from photoshoots, events and new collections
• Track which products and content receive the most interest

General assistance

• Help the owner organise priorities, appointments and follow-ups
• Maintain organised digital and physical records
• Communicate with suppliers, photographers, customers and service providers
• Assist with customer enquiries, orders and packaging
• Help prepare for exhibitions, meetings and business events
• Follow up on assigned tasks and deadlines
• Support the day-to-day needs of the business

• Comfortable handling valuable gold jewellery
• Able to work independently and take initiative
• Confident using spreadsheets, smartphones and social media
• Comfortable taking clear photographs and short videos
• A clear and professional communicator
• Able to manage several priorities without losing accuracy
• Willing to learn jewellery stock-management software
• Interested in growing with Colombin Stone and KT

Experience in jewellery, inventory, retail, administration or social media would be helpful. Reliability, accuracy and a willingness to learn are most important.
