Role Description The Junior or Mid-Level Quality Assurance Engineer will work on-site in Bangkok in a full-time capacity, collaborating closely with developers, product owners, and business analysts to ensure the quality and reliability of software solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and executing test plans and test cases, performing manual and basic automated testing, documenting defects, and verifying fixes across web and enterprise applications. The role also involves participating in requirement reviews, clarifying acceptance criteria, and contributing to test documentation and reporting. The Quality Assurance Engineer will help improve QA processes, maintain test environments, and support continuous delivery practices to ensure products meet functional, performance, and security standards.
Qualifications

• Experience with software testing fundamentals, including test case design, test planning, regression testing, and defect tracking.
• Familiarity with QA tools and frameworks such as issue trackers (e.g., Jira), test management tools, and basic automation tools or scripts.
• Understanding of SDLC and Agile or Scrum methodologies, with the ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Basic knowledge of web technologies (e.g., HTTP, APIs, browsers) and comfort working with enterprise or custom software systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a structured approach to identifying and documenting issues.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills in English; Thai language skills are an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Interest in AI, data governance, or digital transformation projects, with willingness to learn and grow within these domains.
