Junior System Analyst

The Junior System Analyst role offers an opportunity to translate business needs into effective software and system solutions while contributing throughout the software development lifecycle. This hybrid position is based in the Ramkhamhaeng area of Bangkok, with convenient access to electric train services, and provides exposure to international projects within a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment. Japanese-language proficiency would be valuable for supporting relevant projects and communication.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyse software and system requirements to address business needs effectively
• Examine and evaluate existing systems, and validate proposed changes through programme testing
• Prepare technical documentation, including entity relationship diagrams, business workflows, system testing documents, and system integration documents
• Support the delivery of projects on time, within budget, and in accordance with project requirements
• Collaborate closely with development teams throughout the software development lifecycle to support the launch of new systems
• Provide hands-on training to guide users through system transitions and deliver ongoing support
• Stay informed about current and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for system optimisation and innovation
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field
• 1–2 years of experience as a system analyst
• Experience working on software projects, software applications, and web applications
• Understanding of programming languages and technologies such as JavaScript and SQL
• English communication skills
• Strong work ethic, enthusiasm, adaptability, and the ability to learn quickly
• Japanese-language proficiency at JLPT N3 level or above would be valuable
