About this role
We are seeking a dynamic, analytical, and relationship-driven Key Account Associate (Digital Goods) to join our growing Food Vertical. In this role, you will manage, nurture, and optimize our relationships with high-value food brands, restaurant chains, and enterprise merchants utilizing our digital goods ecosystem (including e-vouchers, digital gift cards, and online loyalty mechanics).
You will bridge the gap between traditional food businesses and the digital economy, helping our partners maximize their revenue through strategic digital campaigns, flawless operational execution, and data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities
1. Account Management & Retention
- Serve as the primary operational point of contact for assigned key accounts within the F&B (Food and Beverage) space.
- Build and sustain strong, long-term relationships with merchant stakeholders, from store operations managers to corporate marketing teams.
- Ensure high partner satisfaction by proactively addressing operational bottlenecks, payment reconciliation questions, and API or digital platform issues.
2. Campaign Design & Revenue Optimization
- Collaborate with merchants to design, launch, and monitor performance of digital goods campaigns (e.g., flash sales for e-vouchers, bundled digital meal deals, or holiday gifting campaigns).
- Track and evaluate key metrics, including digital product activation rates, breakage rates (unredeemed vouchers), and overall GMV (Gross Merchandise Value) growth.
- Pitch tailored growth initiatives and commercial packages to existing partners to expand their digital portfolio with us.
3. Cross-Functional Operations
- Coordinate with Marketing to secure visibility for key partners on our consumer-facing platform apps or newsletters.
- Manage legal documentation, ensure adherence to commercial trading terms, and supervise monthly invoicing and payouts for digital distributions.
4. Market Intelligence & Reporting
- Analyze consumer purchasing behavior and market trends within the online food and digital goods space.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Funnel & Drop-off Analysis: Passionate about dissecting the customer journey to identify exact friction points and drop-off stages, transforming raw user behavior data into actionable conversion insights.
- Root-Cause Problem Solving: Adept at investigating underperforming products—such as analyzing transaction logs and user metrics to diagnose exactly why a digital voucher isn't selling.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a polished corporate presentation style.
Preferred Skills (Nice-to-Haves)
- Existing network of contacts within regional or national restaurant chains and food franchises.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing funnels and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in Account Management, Business Development, or B2B Sales.
- Industry Context: Prior experience working within E-commerce, Food Delivery platforms, FinTech, SaaS, or Digital Rewards/Loyalty programs is highly preferred. Understanding how F&B chains operate is a major plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau and data analysis with good verbal & written communication skills in Thai and English
- Hands-on mindset, positive attitude to drive impact and change, desire to learn and grow with strong ownership, team spirit and solution-oriented mindset
- Experiences/Background in CP Group is a plus
