Key Account Executive main responsibility is to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, manage key accounts, and increase revenue. This role requires a combination of sales expertise, client management skills, and strategic planning to make sure our products or services meet client needs
Responsibilities
1. Account Management:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with assigned clients and be their main contact.
- Understand clients needs and goals and ensure that our products or services meet those requirements.
- Regularly check in with clients to get feedback, address concerns, and explore opportunities to sell more products or services.
2. Sales and Revenue Generation:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts and actively pursue new business from these accounts.
- Assist in negotiations with assigned clients.
3. Client Needs Analysis:
- Conduct detailed assessments with clients to understand their pain points and find opportunities for improvement.
- Work with product or service development teams to make sure client requirements are met.
4. Proposal and Presentation:
- Create compelling sales proposals, presentations, and demonstrations, where relevant.
- Customize presentations to match each client's unique needs and challenges.
5. Reporting, Documentation & CRM:
- Keep accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and sales leads and opportunities using a customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance and client satisfaction to the Head of Commercial & Contracts Management or other leaders.
- Serve as one of our CRM champions.
6. Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with other business units to provide a seamless experience for clients.
- Coordinate with Commercial and other relevant support teams.
7. Industry and Product Knowledge:
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market developments.
- Have a deep understanding of our products and services, and how they benefit clients.
8. Marketing Support Function:
- Conduct market and competitor analyses to identify trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with different teams to develop strategies based on insights.
- Create marketing materials such as brochures and presentations that effectively communicate the value of our offerings.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Thai nationality is preferred.
- Minimum 5 years experience in account management, customer service, or sales.
- Proven experience in sales and account management with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
- Knowledge of the industry and the our products or services.
- Willingness to travel for meetings or industry events if required.
